Positioning for Impact: Evaluators in a Changing Landscape

This virtual session, hosted by the New York Consortium of Evaluators (NYCE), brings evaluators together to reflect, strategize, and support one another in a changing professional landscape. Led by Maria Montenegro, host of The Evaluation Couch and an Evaluation Career Coach, the session draws on her work as the creator of The Evaluator's Edge career coaching program, through which she helps evaluators leverage their experience to advance their careers by combining practical strategies with the psychological shifts needed for growth. Through a community-centered conversation, participants will gain insights on positioning their work, communicating their value, and receive tips for resume and cover letters, while also engaging in honest dialogue about the realities of demonstrating the value of evaluation today.
